§1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the jnt888 website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jnt888 and not register an account.

2.3 jnt888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

§3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jnt888. jnt888 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 or older. jnt888 will conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.

3.2 Residency. jnt888 primarily targets players resident in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in the territory in which you reside or from which you access jnt888. jnt888 does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not permitted to register with jnt888.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. If you have previously self-excluded from jnt888 or from any other gambling platform, you are not permitted to register a new account while any self-exclusion remains active. Attempting to do so is a breach of these Terms.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account with jnt888: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of jnt888 or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of any such employee, contractor, or agent; (c) any person residing in a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by jnt888.

§4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule. Each player may maintain only one registered account with jnt888. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. jnt888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account and at all times thereafter. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jnt888 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. jnt888 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of it.

4.4 Account Currency. All jnt888 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits, withdrawals, or betting balances.

4.5 Non-Transferability. Your jnt888 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise convey your account or any balance therein to any third party.

§5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Requirement. jnt888 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its obligations under applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming frameworks. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed.

5.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will typically be required to provide: (a) a copy of a valid government-issued national identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — is the preferred document for Indonesian residents); (b) proof of address (a recent bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence not older than three months); (c) a selfie photograph of you holding your identity document.

5.3 Processing Time. Standard KYC review is completed within 1 to 24 hours of submission during business hours (08.00–22.00 WIB, UTC+7). Submissions received outside these hours will be reviewed on the following business day. Additional documentation may be requested if initial submissions are unclear or incomplete.

5.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as specified by jnt888, we reserve the right to restrict your account, suspend withdrawal access, or close your account and return verified deposits to the original payment source.

§6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Methods. jnt888 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposit page.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

6.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards issued to third parties, or payment methods belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. jnt888 may require evidence that the payment method belongs to you.

6.4 Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your jnt888 account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. jnt888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6.5 No Deposit Fees. jnt888 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jnt888 accepts no liability.

§7 Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed identity verification are restricted to deposit and play functionality only.

7.2 Withdrawal to Original Source. jnt888 operates an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Surplus winnings may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered in your name.

7.3 Processing Times. jnt888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. Actual receipt of funds in your bank account may vary depending on bank processing schedules. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed instantly. jnt888 does not guarantee exact processing times; these are targets and not contractual commitments.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

7.5 Withdrawal Fees. jnt888 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard requests. Expedited withdrawal services, if offered, may carry an optional processing fee, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.

7.6 Right to Withhold. jnt888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of investigations into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

§8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General. jnt888 offers various bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the individual promotion terms published alongside the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. No withdrawal of bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) will be permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

8.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sportsbook bets may contribute at varying rates depending on odds and market type.

8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, bonus funds and any related winnings are automatically removed from your account without notice.

8.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

8.6 Abuse Prevention. jnt888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic bonus exploitation strategies (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse").

8.7 Right to Withdraw. jnt888 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice to individual players, provided that such cancellation does not unfairly prejudice players who have already accepted and begun meeting the conditions of a live promotion.

§9 Betting Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on jnt888 are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific game or event rules applicable to the market in question. jnt888 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that would create an unusual or disproportionate liability for the platform.

9.2 Manifest Errors. If jnt888 offers a bet at odds or under conditions that are clearly the result of a technical error, human error, or a data feed malfunction (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "manifest error"), jnt888 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player, regardless of whether the bet was accepted and regardless of the outcome.

9.3 Sportsbook — Results. All sportsbook bet settlements are based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches, FIFA for international fixtures). Results declared by third-party data providers are used for in-play markets and are subject to correction if an official result diverges from the data provider's declaration.

9.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the platform's absolute discretion. jnt888 accepts no responsibility for delays in accepting live bets due to internet latency, connection issues, or platform maintenance. Bets submitted during a suspension of a market are automatically voided.

9.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, and account status.

§10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jnt888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using jnt888 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using any automated software, bot, scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or mathematical advantage in a game in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events the outcome of which you have undisclosed prior knowledge.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or the use of stolen payment credentials.

§11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on jnt888 — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, and trademarks — is the property of jnt888 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jnt888 for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on jnt888 without our prior written consent.

§12 Privacy & Data

12.1 jnt888 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with jnt888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 jnt888 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

§13 Responsible Gaming

13.1 jnt888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion — to help you manage your gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard.

13.3 jnt888 reserves the right to apply limits, request mandatory breaks, or close accounts if we identify patterns of play consistent with problem gambling, even without a formal self-exclusion request from the player.

§14 Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jnt888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

14.2 jnt888's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your jnt888 account in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 jnt888 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or that technical defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. We reserve the right to suspend the platform for maintenance at any time.

14.4 jnt888 accepts no liability for any financial loss arising from your decision to participate in gambling, the outcome of any bet or game, or any reliance placed by you on any information displayed on the platform.

§15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jnt888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

15.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendments take effect. Continued use of jnt888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§16 Termination & Account Closure

16.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your jnt888 account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard identity verification checks.

16.2 Closure by jnt888. jnt888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) provision of false identity information; (d) failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; (e) protection of the platform's integrity or the interests of other players.

16.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon account closure for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment source after the completion of any applicable fraud investigation.

§17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jnt888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.

17.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jnt888 customer support at the contact details set out in Section 18 below. jnt888 will endeavour to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

17.3 Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under any mandatory applicable laws of your country of residence, including rights that cannot be waived by contract.
